Arrange the copper tubing on the floor in the middle of the dishwashing bay. Use masking tape to secure it, so it doesn’t move when the dishwasher is moved into the bay.

Using a utility knife, remove 3 inches of outer insulation from the electrical line. Using a wire stripper, cut off 1 inch of insulation from the inner wires.

Tighten the nut on the copper tubing to the water inlet with an adjustable wrench. If you overtighten the compression nut, the threads will be damaged.
Step 11:
Connect the electrical line to the hole in the dishwasher’s electric box. Connect the cables to the dishwasher and cover the splices with wire nuts.
Connect the ground wire to the frame and use a Phillips screwdriver to tighten the ground screw.
Tighten the wire clamp on the wire box using a Phillips screwdriver to secure the electrical wire.
