Ingredients

  • 8 oz block feta cheese
  • 1/3 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 small garlic clove, grated (optional)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp runny honey
  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Flaky sea salt and black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. Break the feta into chunks and add it to a food processor with the Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Blend until completely smooth and fluffy, about 1 to 2 minutes, scraping down the sides once.
  2. Transfer the whipped feta to a shallow bowl and use the back of a spoon to create swoops and shallow wells.
  3. Drizzle the honey over the top, letting it settle into the grooves. Finish with a pinch of flaky sea salt and red pepper flakes if using. Serve right away.

Notes

The dip can be made up to 2 days ahead and kept covered in the fridge. If the honey is too thick to drizzle, warm it for 10 seconds in the microwave. Let the dip sit at room temperature for 10 minutes before serving if it has been chilled.
