Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp plain Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 6 oz deli turkey
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
  • ¼ cup sliced tomato

Method

  1. Stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, cilantro, lime juice, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  2. Lay a tortilla flat, spread with half the creamy mixture, then top with half the turkey, avocado slices, a pinch of salt on the avocado, half the lettuce, and tomatoes if using. Repeat with the second tortilla.
  3. Fold in the sides, roll up tightly, slice in half on a diagonal, and serve immediately.

Notes

This wrap tastes best right away while the tortilla is soft and the lettuce is crisp. If you are packing lunch, layer everything except the lettuce and tomato directly in the wrap, then pack those greens separately and add them just before eating. The spread can be made up to 2 days ahead and kept in the fridge.
