Ingredients

  • 2 (5 oz) cans tuna, drained
  • 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup finely diced celery
  • 2 tbsp minced red onion
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh dill (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • salt and black pepper, to taste

Method

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk the yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Stir in the dill.
  2. Flake the tuna with a fork and add it to the bowl along with the celery and red onion. Fold gently until evenly combined.
  3. Scoop onto toasted bread, lettuce cups, or crackers and serve with a crack of black pepper on top.

Notes

For the best texture, use full-fat or 2% Greek yogurt; nonfat can turn a little grainy. If you like extra crunch, stir in a tablespoon of toasted sunflower seeds just before eating.
