- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). In a skillet over medium-high, cook ground beef until browned, about 5 minutes. Drain fat, add taco seasoning and water, and simmer until thickened, 2 minutes.
- Place tortillas on baking sheets. Divide beef among tortillas, leaving a ½-inch border, then top with cheese.
- Bake 8 to 10 minutes until edges are golden and cheese is bubbly, rotating sheets halfway.
- Let pizzas rest 1 minute, then top with lettuce, tomato, olives, jalapeños, a drizzle of sour cream, and salsa.
- Slice into wedges and serve immediately.
Notes
If you want an even crunchier crust, preheat the baking sheets in the oven and build the pizzas directly on the hot metal. A pizza cutter works best for clean slices.
