Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Cut chicken into 1-inch cubes and toss with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread chicken on a lined sheet pan in a single layer. Bake 12 to 15 minutes until just cooked through.
- Stir together BBQ sauce and honey. Toss hot chicken with half the sauce mixture.
- Return sauced chicken to pan, broil on high 2 to 3 minutes until bubbly and charred in spots.
- Toss with remaining sauce and serve hot.
Notes
The chicken bits are best straight from the broiler while sticky and hot. If you want the sauce to set a little deeper, let them rest under foil for 2 minutes before serving.
