- Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Pat chicken dry, toss with oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Place in basket in a single layer. Cook 10 minutes, flip, cook 5 to 7 minutes until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Brush chicken with half the barbecue sauce, increase heat to 400°F, cook 2 to 3 minutes until sticky.
- Rest chicken 5 minutes, slice against the grain, drizzle with remaining sauce, and serve hot.
Notes
Let the chicken rest 5 minutes before slicing to keep the juices in. If you like a heavier glaze, reserve a little extra sauce for drizzling at the table.
