Ingredients
Method
- Whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon, garlic, Worcestershire, salt, and pepper, then slowly whisk in 3 tbsp olive oil until smooth.
- Pat shrimp dry, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder, and sear in 1 tbsp olive oil over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
- Chop, wash, and thoroughly dry romaine lettuce.
- Toss romaine with half the dressing and croutons, plate, top with shrimp and Parmesan, and serve immediately with extra dressing.
Notes
If you like a stronger garlic punch, rub the inside of your salad bowl with a cut garlic clove before adding the lettuce. The salad is best eaten right away while the shrimp are warm, but chilled leftovers work for lunch the next day if you keep everything separate.
