- Preheat oven to 400°F. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Crumble in the turkey, cook undisturbed 2 minutes, then break apart and cook until no pink remains, about 5-6 minutes.
- Reduce heat to medium. Stir in chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt; cook 30 seconds until fragrant. Add beans and corn, cook 2-3 minutes to warm through.
- Spread half the chips on a sheet pan. Top with half the turkey mixture and half the cheese. Repeat with remaining chips, turkey, and cheese.
- Bake 8-10 minutes until cheese is bubbly and edges are golden. Remove from oven, pile on fresh toppings, and serve immediately with lime wedges.
Notes
If the turkey releases a lot of liquid while browning, drain it off before adding the spices to keep the chips crisp. The total time assumes you thaw the corn while the turkey cooks.
