Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. Whisk sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Melt butter in a shallow dish. Roll each marshmallow in butter, then in cinnamon sugar, and set aside.
- Separate dough into 8 triangles (or cut seamless sheet into 8 rectangles). Place a coated marshmallow in the center of each, wrap dough around it, and pinch all seams tightly closed. Place seam side down on the sheet.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes until deep golden. Let rest on the sheet 5 minutes, then serve warm.
Notes
These are best fresh from the oven, but you can assemble them a few hours ahead and keep them in the fridge until baking. The marshmallow melts into the dough, so the hollow will be soft and buttery, not dry.
