Ingredients
Method
- Mix chicken, soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce in a large bowl until combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly into an 8×8-inch baking dish.
- Crush crackers into coarse crumbs, then stir in melted butter until coated.
- Scatter the buttered crumbs over the chicken layer without pressing down.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly and golden. Let rest 5 minutes, then scoop onto plates.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken saves time and adds flavour. If the filling seems thick, stir in a tablespoon or two of milk to loosen it. The casserole is best served warm right after baking, when the topping is at its crispiest.
