- Whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and brown sugar in a large bowl until no lumps remain.
- In a separate bowl, whisk egg, applesauce, melted butter, vanilla, and yogurt until smooth.
- Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and fold with a spatula just until no dry flour streaks remain. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Divide batter into a lined 12-cup muffin tin and bake 18 to 20 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Serve warm.
