Ingredients
Method
- Lay bacon in a cold large skillet, set over medium heat, and cook 5 to 7 minutes until crispy. Transfer bacon to paper towels, leaving the fat in the pan.
- Add ground beef to the hot bacon fat. Break into large crumbles and let sit 2 minutes, then season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook 8 to 10 minutes, breaking up meat, until no pink remains.
- In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, sugar-free ketchup, pickle relish, mustard, and vinegar until smooth.
- Divide lettuce among four bowls, top with hot beef, crumbled bacon, tomato, pickles, onion, and cheese. Drizzle sauce over each bowl and serve immediately.
Notes
All components store best separately so nothing gets soggy. To lower calories, use 90/10 ground beef and reduce the sauce by half. Net carbs are listed assuming sugar-free ketchup and no added sweetener elsewhere.
