Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment. Whisk almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt in a mixing bowl.
- Add the cheddar, 1/4 cup melted butter, sour cream, and egg. Stir until a thick, slightly sticky dough forms.
- Scoop the dough into 8 mounds (about 1/4 cup each) on the prepared sheet and gently shape into biscuits. Bake 12 to 14 minutes, until edges are golden and centers feel just set.
- While biscuits bake, mix the 2 tablespoons melted butter, 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder, and parsley. Brush over hot biscuits and serve warm.
Notes
These biscuits are at their best eaten right away. If your dough feels too sticky to scoop, chill it for 10 minutes first, but it’s rarely needed with the ingredient proportions listed.
