Ingredients
Method
- In a large bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Italian dressing, red wine vinegar, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
- Dice the salami, pepperoni, ham, and provolone into small, uniform pieces, about 1/4-inch cubes.
- Add the diced meats, cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and pepperoncini to the bowl. Fold gently until everything is well coated. Let the dip sit for 10 minutes at room temperature before serving.
- Mound the dip onto a serving plate, top with extra shredded lettuce, and serve with toasted hoagie roll slices or sturdy crackers.
Notes
If you are making this ahead, hold back the lettuce and stir it in just before serving. The dip is best within a couple of hours, but leftovers keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
