Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F. Brown the turkey with taco seasoning in a skillet over medium‑high until cooked through, about 7 minutes. Cool slightly.
- Place one tortilla flat. Spoon a quarter of the turkey in the center, top with a tostada shell, then layer cheese, lettuce, tomato, and a dollop of yogurt. Fold the tortilla edges up and over the filling, pleating as you go. Flip seam‑side down onto a parchment‑lined baking sheet. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Lightly spray or brush the tops with oil. Bake for 12 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Let the wraps rest 1 minute, then slice each in half and serve hot with salsa or hot sauce.
Notes
These are best fresh because the tostada stays crunchy and the lettuce stays cool. If you need to get ahead, cook the turkey a day in advance and assemble right before baking.
