- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble in the ground beef and cook, breaking it apart, for about 5 minutes until browned. Spoon off excess fat.
- Reduce heat to medium. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger, stir for 2 minutes, then add the cabbage, salt, and pepper. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until wilted but crisp-tender.
- Pour in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and sriracha. Toss everything and cook 1 to 2 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Scoop into bowls, top with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve hot.
Notes
You can shred the cabbage while the beef browns to keep the prep fast. For softer cabbage, let it cook an extra 2 minutes.
