Ingredients
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice rolls in half horizontally, place bottom slab in a 9x13-inch dish, layer with roast beef and provolone halves, then close with the top slab.
- Stir together the melted butter, onion soup mix, Worcestershire, and garlic powder. Brush most of the glaze over the top slab, letting it drip between the rolls.
- Cover tightly with foil and bake 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 5‑7 minutes more until tops are golden and cheese is melted at the edges.
- While sliders bake, prepare the au jus on the stovetop per packet directions. Let sliders rest 2 minutes, cut apart, and serve with warm au jus for dipping.
Notes
For a homemade au jus, simmer 2 cups beef broth with 1 tsp Worcestershire, ½ tsp onion powder, and a pinch of black pepper for about 5 minutes. Sliders can be assembled a few hours ahead and refrigerated—just add a few extra minutes to the covered bake time. Nutrition is an estimate based on 2 sliders per serving with au jus made from a packet.
