Ingredients
Method
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes. Brush frozen salmon fillets all over with olive oil. Mix garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, then sprinkle onto the fillets and press lightly.
- Place fillets in the air fryer basket, skin side down if applicable, leaving space between them. Air fry for 6 minutes.
- Whisk honey, soy sauce, and Dijon mustard in a small bowl. Brush the glaze over the fillets, then air fry for another 5 to 6 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily and reads 130°F (54°C) for medium.
- Transfer fillets to plates, drizzle over any remaining glaze from the basket, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
If your fillets are very thick (over 1¼ inches), add 2 to 3 minutes to the final cook time. For well-done salmon, cook until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C). The glaze is optional but worth including for its sticky, savory finish.
