Notes
If you prefer a softer, more mousse-like batter, add an extra tablespoon of milk after mixing. For an even deeper chocolate flavor, let the batter chill for an hour before serving. The batter can be made a day ahead and kept refrigerated; let it warm up a bit before eating.
