- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Crumble in the beef and let it cook undisturbed for 2 minutes, then break it apart. Cook until no pink remains, about 8 minutes. Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper during the last minute.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, relish, and vinegar until smooth.
- Divide the lettuce between two bowls. Top with the beef, tomatoes, pickles, cheddar, and red onion, spreading everything out.
- Drizzle the sauce over both bowls and serve right away.
Notes
Drain excess fat from the beef after cooking if you prefer a leaner bowl. The sauce keeps well in the fridge for up to a week.
