- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish. Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat, about 8 minutes. Drain well.
- Cook bacon in the same skillet until crisp. Crumble into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir the drained beef and half the cheese into the egg mixture. Pour into the dish and top with remaining cheese and crumbled bacon.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes until the center jiggles slightly and the top is golden.
- Rest 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
