Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 10 oz frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed very dry
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup diced water chestnuts (optional)

Method

  1. Lightly grease a 2-quart slow cooker. Add cream cheese, sour cream, mayo, spinach, garlic, mozzarella, Parmesan, salt, pepper, and water chestnuts if using. Stir until smooth.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring once halfway through.
  3. Stir again, switch to the warm setting, and serve with chips, bread, or veggies.

Notes

The dip can hold on the warm setting for up to 2 hours. If it thickens too much, stir in a little milk. For a high-heat shortcut, cook on high for 1 hour.
