Ingredients
Method
- Combine the potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, garlic, Old Bay, paprika, and cayenne in a 6-quart slow cooker. Pour in the chicken broth and dot with butter.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours, until the potatoes are tender (LOW 4-5 hours).
- Stir the pot, tuck the shrimp into the broth, cover, and cook on HIGH for 15-20 minutes until the shrimp are pink and opaque.
- Scoop everything onto a large platter or serve right from the slow cooker. Spoon some broth over the top and eat while hot.
Notes
This timing is for the HIGH setting. For a hands-off day, cook on LOW for 4 to 5 hours before adding the shrimp. If you like extra sauce, double the broth and butter.
