Ingredients
Method
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat until no pink remains, about 6 to 8 minutes. Drain the fat.
- Spoon 1/2 cup marinara into the bottom of a 4-to-6-quart slow cooker. Spread half the beef over the sauce, then layer half of the frozen ravioli. Top with 1 cup sauce and 1 cup mozzarella. Repeat the layers with the remaining beef, ravioli, sauce, and cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 to 5 hours or on high for 2 to 3 hours, until bubbly and golden. Let it rest for 10 minutes, then scoop and serve.
Notes
Cooking on high works, but low gives the ravioli more time to absorb the sauce without turning to mush. If your slow cooker insert is broiler-safe, pop it under the broiler for 2 minutes after cooking for an extra-crispy cheese top.
