Ingredients

  • 16 oz vanilla almond bark
  • 12 oz semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 cups dry roasted peanuts
  • Flaky sea salt, optional

Method

  1. Turn the slow cooker to low. Layer the almond bark pieces, chocolate chips, and peanuts in that order without stirring. Cover and cook for 1 hour.
  2. Stir the mixture, then cover and cook another 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes, until completely smooth.
  3. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto a wax paper-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle with sea salt if desired. Let sit until firm, about 30 minutes.

Notes

The clusters firm up nicely at room temperature. For faster setting, pop the tray in the fridge for 15 minutes. Store in an airtight container, away from heat, and they’ll keep for up to 2 weeks at room temperature or a month in the fridge.
