Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz) bag frozen homestyle meatballs
  • 1 (1 oz) packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 (1 oz) packet au jus gravy mix
  • 1 (16 oz) jar sliced pepperoncini peppers, undrained
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, sliced into thin pats

Method

  1. Place meatballs, ranch packet, au jus packet, sliced butter, and the entire jar of pepperoncini peppers with their juice into a 6-quart slow cooker. Stir gently to combine.
  2. Cover and cook on low for 3-4 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until meatballs are hot and sauce is glossy.
  3. Stir to coat the meatballs in the sauce and serve immediately.

Notes

Cooking time can vary slightly between slow cookers. The meatballs are done when they’re steaming hot in the center and the butter has fully melted into a thin, glossy sauce. Serve right away for the best texture.
