Ingredients

  • 26 oz frozen fully cooked meatballs
  • 12 oz grape jelly
  • 12 oz chili sauce

Method

  1. Place the frozen meatballs in a 4-quart or larger slow cooker. Top with the grape jelly and chili sauce. Do not stir.
  2. Cover and cook on LOW for 3 to 4 hours. After the first hour, stir gently to combine the melting jelly and sauce. The sauce is ready when it is bubbly and thick enough to coat the back of a spoon.
  3. Stir the glazed meatballs thoroughly, then switch to WARM. Serve with toothpicks or over rice.

Notes

For a faster cook, set the slow cooker to HIGH and let the meatballs go for 1.5 to 2 hours. The sauce thickens as it cools, so a splash of water or apple juice can loosen it up if needed.
