Ingredients
Method
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain fat, stir in taco seasoning and water, and simmer 2 minutes.
- Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave 30 seconds to make them pliable. Keep covered.
- Spoon beef and cheese onto half of each tortilla, fold over, and press gently.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray basket, place tacos in a single layer, spray tops, and air fry for 6 to 7 minutes, flipping halfway until golden and crispy.
- Transfer to a platter, top with sour cream, pico, and lettuce, and serve immediately.
Notes
If your air fryer is on the smaller side, cook the tacos in two batches so they crisp evenly. Keep the first batch warm in a low oven while you finish the rest.
