Ingredients
Method
- Whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Fold in the shredded chicken and shredded cheddar until evenly combined.
- Crush the Ritz crackers into a mix of fine and chunky crumbs, then stir in the melted butter until moistened.
- Spread the chicken mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and scatter the cracker crumbs on top.
- Bake at 350°F for 25-30 minutes, until golden and bubbling. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
If you don’t have a rotisserie chicken, you can poach 3 to 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts in simmering water for 15 minutes, then shred. For a richer topping, use up to 1/2 cup melted butter.
