Ingredients
Method
- Crush Oreos into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press firmly into a 9x13 dish. Refrigerate.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. Fold in half of the whipped topping. Spread over the crust.
- Whisk pudding mix and cold milk for 2 minutes, let thicken slightly, then spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Top with remaining whipped topping, scatter extra Oreo crumbs on top, cover, and refrigerate at least 4 hours. Slice with a warm knife and serve.
Notes
This dessert needs at least 4 hours of chilling to set cleanly, but overnight is even better. If you’re short on time, pop it in the freezer for 1 hour before slicing, then transfer back to the fridge. For the neatest squares, let the dish sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before cutting.
