Ingredients
Method
- Place chicken, soups, Rotel, broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper in a slow cooker. Cook on low 4-5 hours until chicken shreds easily.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, return to the slow cooker, and stir.
- Add broken spaghetti and cream cheese cubes. Cover and cook on high 20-30 minutes, stirring once, until pasta is tender and sauce is creamy.
- Top with shredded cheese, cover 5 minutes until melted, then stir and serve hot.
Notes
Crockpot models can run hotter or cooler, so check the spaghetti at 20 minutes to avoid overcooking. If you like a little more tang, stir in a squeeze of fresh lemon juice right before serving.
