Ingredients
Method
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8 minutes. Drain well. Meanwhile, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and sauté onion for about 5 minutes until soft.
- Remove skillet from heat, add soup, sour cream, broth, Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Whisk smooth, then warm over low heat for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken.
- Toss drained spaghetti into the sauce until evenly coated. Transfer to a greased 9x13 inch baking dish and spread evenly. Top with mozzarella.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20 minutes, then broil 2 to 3 minutes until golden and bubbly. Let rest 5 minutes, then scoop into bowls and serve.
Notes
Rotisserie chicken shaves about 10 minutes off the prep time. You can assemble the casserole a few hours ahead and keep it covered in the refrigerator until ready to bake; add 5 to 10 minutes to the bake time if starting cold.
