Ingredients
Method
- Whisk Italian dressing, lemon juice, Worcestershire, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until smooth.
- Pat chicken dry, add to the marinade, coat well, cover, and refrigerate at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours.
- Preheat grill to medium-high (400°F). Remove chicken from marinade, let excess drip off, and grill 4 to 5 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Transfer to a plate, cover loosely with foil, rest 5 minutes, then slice and serve.
Notes
The marinating time is not included in the total time; budget at least 30 minutes for that step. If your tenders vary widely in thickness, pound the thick ends gently with a rolling pin so they cook evenly. Leftover marinade that touched raw chicken must be discarded. For a bolder finish, brush a little fresh dressing on the hot tenders right off the grill.
