Ingredients
Method
- Slice the connected rolls in half horizontally. Place bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish. Layer with half the Swiss, all the corned beef, sauerkraut, dressing, remaining Swiss, and top half of rolls. Press gently.
- Stir poppy seeds, minced onion, and garlic powder into the melted butter. Brush over the tops and let it drip into the crevices.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 15 minutes. Uncover and bake 10 more minutes until the tops are golden and cheese melts.
- Let rest 5 minutes, then cut into individual sliders with a serrated knife and serve hot.
Notes
If you like a softer top, leave the foil on the whole time and skip the uncovered bake. For a crispier top, broil for the last minute, but do not walk away. Letting the sliders rest after baking is not optional; it keeps them from falling apart when you slice.
