Ingredients
Method
- Crush cookies into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, press into a 9x13 inch dish, and chill 15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth, mix in vanilla, then fold in half of the whipped topping.
- Whisk both pudding mixes with cold milk for 2 minutes, then let stand 3 to 4 minutes until thickened.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over chilled crust, top with pudding, then spread remaining whipped topping on top. Cover and refrigerate at least 4 hours.
- Slice into squares while cold and garnish with chocolate shavings or reserved crumbs before serving.
Notes
Chill the dessert for at least 4 hours so the layers set. For the cleanest slices, run a knife under hot water between cuts. If you’re short on time, speed the chill by placing the pan in the freezer for 1 hour, then transfer to the fridge for another hour.
