- Season the chicken on both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side, until golden and cooked through to 165°F. Rest, then slice into thin strips.
- Toss the romaine, Parmesan, croutons, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl until evenly coated.
- Warm the tortillas. Divide the chicken and salad mixture among them, then roll tightly burrito-style.
- Cut each wrap in half on a diagonal with a serrated knife and serve immediately.
Notes
If you’d like to make your own Caesar dressing, a quick blend of mayo, lemon juice, garlic, Parmesan, and anchovy paste works well. The wraps are best eaten right after assembly; any leftovers should be stored in separate components.
