Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Red pepper flakes, for serving

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C) with a pizza stone or inverted baking sheet inside. Stretch the dough on oiled parchment into a 12-inch circle.
  2. Spread Alfredo sauce over the dough, leaving a ¾-inch border, and sprinkle the minced garlic over it if desired.
  3. Top evenly with mozzarella, cooked chicken, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Brush the exposed crust with olive oil.
  4. Transfer the pizza on the parchment to the hot surface and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly with a few brown spots.
  5. Let the pizza rest 1 minute, then slice and serve with red pepper flakes.

Notes

If your kitchen runs warm, the dough may be sticky; flour your hands and the counter lightly. Rotisserie chicken stays moist, but any leftover cooked chicken works as long as it is not saucy. The pizza is best right out of the oven, but the leftovers reheat well in a skillet.
