Method
- In a bowl or jar, whisk the milk, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Sprinkle in the chia seeds while whisking, then whisk for about 1 minute. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Whisk again to break up any clumps, cover, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir the pudding once more, spoon into bowls, and add your favorite toppings. Serve cold.
Notes
Chia pudding needs at least 4 hours in the fridge to fully set, but leaving it overnight gives the best texture. If it thickens more than you like, stir in a little milk before serving.
