- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Brown beef, breaking it up, until no pink remains, 5-7 minutes. Drain all but 1 tbsp fat.
- Reduce heat to medium, add onion, and cook until soft, 3-4 minutes. Stir in garlic, tomato paste, and paprika; cook 1 minute.
- Add cabbage, tomatoes with juices, broth, and Worcestershire. Cover and cook 8-10 minutes until cabbage is tender, then uncover and cook 2 minutes to reduce liquid.
- Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar, season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.
Notes
For a little extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes with the paprika. If you want a saucier dish, pour in an extra splash of broth right before serving. This skillet is also excellent spooned over steamed rice or buttered egg noodles.
