Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp honey, plus more for drizzling
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup granola
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Method

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the blueberries, 1 tbsp honey, lemon juice, and salt. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries burst and the sauce thickens slightly, about 5 to 7 minutes.
  2. Spoon the yogurt into a wide, shallow bowl.
  3. Scatter the granola around the edge or across the top.
  4. Spoon the warm compote over the yogurt, drizzle with extra honey if you like, and serve right away.

Notes

The compote can be made ahead and chilled for up to 5 days. Reheat gently or use it cold. Assemble the bowl just before eating so the granola stays crunchy.
