Ingredients

  • 1 (5.1 oz) box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold whole milk
  • 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup smooth Biscoff cookie butter
  • 1 (8 oz) tub frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 4 to 5 ripe but firm bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8.8 oz) package Biscoff cookies, plus extra for topping

Method

  1. Whisk pudding mix, milk, and condensed milk in a large bowl for 2 minutes until thickened. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and cookie butter with a hand mixer until smooth, about 2 minutes.
  3. Pour the pudding base into the cream cheese mixture and beat until combined. Fold in the whipped topping.
  4. In a 9x13 dish, layer cookies, bananas, and half the pudding. Repeat layers, ending with pudding. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. Just before serving, crush extra cookies on top.

Notes

Chill time is not included in the prep total; the dessert needs at least 4 hours in the fridge to set the layers properly. Overnight is best. Use bananas with no brown spots for the cleanest look and firmest texture after chilling.
