Ingredients
Method
- Stir breadcrumbs and milk together in a large bowl; let sit 2 minutes. Whisk in egg, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add turkey and mix gently until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Roll mixture into 16 golf-ball sized meatballs and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 18 to 20 minutes, to 165°F (74°C) internal temp.
- While meatballs bake, combine BBQ sauce, vinegar, and honey in a skillet over medium heat. Simmer 4 to 5 minutes until thickened.
- Transfer baked meatballs to the sauce. Toss to coat and cook on low heat 2 minutes, turning once.
- Plate the meatballs and spoon remaining glaze over top. Serve hot.
Notes
An instant-read thermometer is the best way to know they’re done. If you overbake even by a couple of minutes, turkey meatballs dry out fast, so pull them right at 165°F.
