Ingredients
Method
- Heat a grill to medium-high. Grill the corn, turning often, until charred all over, 10 to 12 minutes.
- Brush the corn all over with barbecue sauce and grill 2 to 3 minutes more, until the sauce bubbles and darkens.
- Transfer to a platter, drizzle with melted butter, and sprinkle with smoked paprika and salt.
- Pile onto a plate and serve while hot and sticky.
Notes
A Kansas City-style sweet sauce balances the char especially well. If you crave more heat, brush the ears with a thin layer of hot sauce before the barbecue sauce hits them.
