- Whisk the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice in a small bowl until smooth. Set aside.
- Toss the salmon cubes with cornstarch, salt, garlic powder, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Arrange salmon in a single layer, spray with oil, and air fry 8 minutes. Shake the basket and cook 3 to 4 more minutes until golden and cooked through.
- Transfer hot salmon to a bowl, pour the sauce over top, and toss gently to coat.
- Spoon onto a plate, scatter with green onions and sesame seeds, and serve right away.
Notes
If your air fryer runs hot, start checking a minute early. The salmon is done when it flakes easily with a fork and the thickest pieces feel firm.
