Ingredients
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Mix chicken, cheese, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt in a bowl until combined.
- Warm tortillas wrapped in a damp paper towel for 20 seconds in the microwave. Spoon 3 tablespoons of filling just off center on each, roll tightly, and set seam side down.
- Lightly spray or brush taquitos with oil. Air fry in a single layer, seam side down, at 400°F for 8 to 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until deep golden and crisp.
- Serve hot with sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.
Notes
If your air fryer basket can’t fit all six taquitos at once, cook them in two batches. Keep the first batch warm in a 200°F oven while you finish the second. Overcrowding steams them instead of crisping the tortillas.
