Ingredients

  • 1 (13 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Italian-style breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 cup marinara sauce

Method

  1. Set up three shallow bowls: flour in the first, beaten eggs in the second, and a mixture of breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper in the third. Dredge each frozen ravioli in flour, then egg, then press into the breadcrumb mix. Place on a plate.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Spray the basket with cooking spray. Arrange ravioli in a single layer, spray tops with oil, and air fry 6 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway. Work in batches if needed.
  3. Transfer crispy ravioli to a plate, add a bowl of warm marinara, and serve immediately.

Notes

No need to thaw the ravioli before breading; they go straight from freezer to coating. Smaller air fryers will require two batches, which adds a few minutes but keeps the ravioli crisp. For a little heat, stir a pinch of red pepper flakes into the marinara.
