Ingredients
Method
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Cut cabbage in half through the core, then slice each half into 4 even wedges, keeping a thin piece of core attached to each.
- Toss wedges in a bowl with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, rubbing the mixture between the leaves.
- Place wedges in a single layer in the air fryer basket, cut side down. Air fry for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, until edges are deeply browned and crisp.
- Transfer hot wedges to a platter, shower with Parmesan, and squeeze lemon over the top. Serve right away.
Notes
If your wedges are thicker than 1½ inches, add 2 to 3 minutes to the cook time. The Parmesan is best added immediately before serving so it doesn’t burn in the air fryer.
