- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C). In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a medium bowl, whisk milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry. Stir until just combined, then gently fold in blueberries.
- Divide batter among 6 silicone muffin cups, filling each about ¾ full. Air fry at 350°F for 12 to 15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool in the cups for 5 minutes, then turn muffins out onto a wire rack. Serve warm.
Notes
If your air fryer has a strong fan, cover the muffin cups loosely with a small piece of foil for the first 5 minutes to prevent over-browning, then remove it. For the tallest rise, make sure your baking powder is no older than six months.
