Ingredients

  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz full-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz white or dark chocolate chips

Method

  1. Pulse the whole Oreos in a food processor until they become fine crumbs, about 30 seconds.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and pulse, then run for about 1 minute until a uniform dough forms.
  3. Roll level tablespoon portions into 1-inch balls, place on a parchment-lined tray, and freeze for 10 minutes.
  4. Melt the chocolate in 20-second bursts, dip each chilled ball, and set on parchment. Chill for 15 minutes to harden.

Notes

Chill the rolled dough balls briefly in the freezer before dipping; it keeps them from crumbling in the warm chocolate. The finished balls need about 15 minutes in the fridge to set, but if you can wait overnight, the centers turn even fudgier.
